My business isn't care, pets or cleaning. Can I still use Zila?
Probably. If your team goes to customers and is booked by the hour or by the visit (tutors, mobile beauty, handymen, gardeners), Zila fits. Tell us about your business in the form.
What exactly is the 3.5% charged on?
On what you bill your customers through Zila, before VAT: single visits, plans billed monthly in advance and prepaid bundles. Refunds and credit notes come off. It's the same whether the customer pays by card, by EFT or in cash. A visit you cancel without charging for it costs you nothing.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Yes. You never pay for setup, seats or a subscription. Each month you get one invoice for 3.5% of what you billed that month, and that's all.
Is anything charged on top?
No. WhatsApp messages, visit reports and photos, hosting, updates and support are all included in the 3.5%.
What if I want to stop?
There's no contract. Export your customers, bookings and invoices and stop whenever you want. You pay only for what you've already billed.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers book on your website and sign in with a code sent to their WhatsApp. Your team uses a web app that installs to their phone's home screen and still works when there's no signal.
Do I need a Paystack account?
For card payments, yes. Payments go into your own account, not ours. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you set it up.
